What happens next?
After purchasing your Memory Book(s) you’ll receive a welcome email to get started. You’ll be taken to your question portal to confirm your little one’s name and age category, so we can personalise the questions just for them. Then your first question will there ready for you to answer!
Can I do it for multiple children?
Absolutely! We’d love to help you capture memories for all of your children. Each child will receive their own set of age-tailored questions printed in their own personalised memory book.
Can I answer quicker?
Yes! You can move through your questions as quickly as you wish. We’ll always send you your weekly question but you can load the next one whenever you want to move faster.
What if I don’t keep up?
The questions are yours to answer at your own pace. There is no time limit or deadline to finish. If you miss a week your question can happily wait until you’re ready to answer it.
Am I too late to start?
We designed Little Life Stories so that you can start a Memory Book for your child at any age. Our questions aren’t tied to specific dates and are phrased to be relevant throughout the entire age category. So the perfect time to start is always now.
What if the questions don’t feel right?
Little Life Stories is built to be flexible because every child and every family is different. Every age category has plenty of alternative questions to choose from, so if one doesn’t resonate you can swap it instantly.
Can I answer retrospectively?
Absolutely, we have lots of parents doing this! After purchasing you choose the relevant age category for each Memory Book:
- 0-2 yrs
- 2-4 yrs
- 4-8 yrs
- 8-12 yrs
- 12-18 yrs
To answer retrospectively, simply select the age category you want to remember. If you’d like to capture more than one era of their childhood, each age category needs its own Memory Book, which you can add above.
What are the questions like?
The questions really are the secret sauce to Little Life Stories! Thoughtful, personal prompts that spark memories you didn’t realise you were losing.
They’re carefully curated to capture their entire personality over the course of 52 questions. And whilst the milestones are important, it’s the everyday stories that capture the magic of their childhood.
All your questions are personalised with your child’s name and tailored to their age. We have 5 age categories to choose from (in years):
(0-2), (2-4), (4-8), (8-12) and (12-18)
Will I finish my book?
There is nothing we love more than seeing our customer’s finished books going to print. But we understand that making a Memory Book doesn’t happen overnight.
That’s why we designed the whole process to be as easy as possible and fit into family life. It’s with you every step of the way to help you finish your book, and our customer service team is always on hand to answer any questions.
It can take just 5 minutes a week to answer. Make it a weekly ritual, or answer multiple in one inspired afternoon. Everything is done completely at your own pace.
